SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

We all want to have our parts as soon as possible which is very serious and important to us. With parts that are in-stock, it will typically type 1-2 business days to process. After the order has been process, you will be receive a shipping confirmation with tracking through your email. 

Parts that are allocated through our distributor may take up to 5 -10 days to receive on our end. From there we will process and ship out as soon as possible.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Japan

Certain parts that are ordered from Japan may take up to 6 months. This will take 1 day process to place the order in Japan and 1-3 Business in Japan to complete the order. After that procedure, the part will either be Air Freight (Customer Agreed Freight) or shipped by our shipping providers. 

MBO (Made by Orders) parts are minimum 3 months with a minimum 2 months lead time and up to 6 months.

Special Order parts can not be cancelled and are not refundable.

Please Note: We are not responsible for manufacture delays or shipping delays. We are accountable for the products once we have received.

Returns

We do accept returns based on the following,

  • Item must be purchased within last 14 days
  • Products must be packaged in original packaging 
  • 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not errors made by Zokusha Tuning
  • Shipping cost is not refundable, and you are also responsible for return shipping charges

Items that can not be returned:

  • Electronics
  • Turbo Kits
  • Mounted Wheels and Tires
  • Special Order Parts
  • Partial Installed Parts, or indications of installed parts

All return products must have a RGA (Return Good Authorization) Identification Number. This number is provided by Zokusha Tuning Staff. Please contact info@zokushatuning.com for this information.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zokushatuning.com.

Shipping for refunds
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 139 Evanridge Cres N.W. Calgary Alberta CA T3P 0J3

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It will be your responsibility for the return goods to shipped to the correct place. Please make sure to ship with tracking. If the package is lost without any trace, Zokusha Tuning holds no responsibility for the return and the refund will be rejected.
